Christmas Concerts, Raffles and Tickets

The last week and a half have been very busy for all staff and pupils as they put the finishing touches to 'Alice in Wonderland' and 'A Miracle in Town'. Props have been made, lines have been learned and costumes brought in from home. The children sound amazing and the staff have yet again done a fantastic job to get them together in time.

Mrs Whittles and Mrs Milne have coordinated the ticket sales - over 500 people will watch the performances over the four performances! The money raised from sales will go towards supporting the Christmas parties next week and subsidies school trips.

Hayley Reynolds and her family spent the weekend making the hampers ready to raffle at the performances from all the items that were sent into school last Friday. Hayley has done a fantastic job and a huge thank you to all who made a donation towards the raffle.

In addition to all of this, Hayley is organising the Christmas disco - without the support from parents like Hayley, we would struggle to put on those events that we all like to enjoy.

Finally, for this week I would like to say how proud I am of all the children who attended the Christmas Cracker Music Service event on Sunday - they all played beautifully.
